FinTech Awards London 2026: FinregE named finalist for Regtech Company of the Year

AI-native regulatory technology company recognised for helping firms manage the full compliance lifecycle in one connected system.

FinregE has been named a finalist for Regtech Company of the Year at the FinTech Awards London 2026. The recognition reflects FinregE’s work helping firms move beyond fragmented, reactive compliance processes and towards a more connected, operational model for managing regulatory change.

This recognition reflects FinregE’s approach to solving one of the most persistent problems in compliance: not simply identifying regulatory change, but helping firms understand what matters, connect it to internal policies, risks and controls, coordinate action across the business, and maintain a clear evidential trail of what was done and why.

As the volume of regulatory change has increased, many firms still rely on operating models built around email alerts, spreadsheets, manual interpretation, and retrospective evidence gathering. The gap between the pace of change and the capacity to respond is where much of today’s regulatory risk sits.

FinregE was built to close that gap. Its end-to-end platform enables firms to monitor regulatory developments, assess applicability, interpret obligations, map them to policies, risks and controls, manage implementation through governed workflows, and maintain audit-ready evidence in one connected system.

That is what makes FinregE a RegTech company of substance. Not a point solution, not a layer of automation on top of legacy processes, but infrastructure that connects the compliance lifecycle from regulatory publication through to operational response and proof.

Today, FinregE supports regulated firms across banking, asset management, insurance, digital assets, automotive, and other highly regulated sectors.

The company was awarded the contract to design, host, and manage the FCA Handbook website, and has received strategic backing from Moody’s, reinforcing confidence in the regulatory infrastructure it is building for the future of compliance.

The FinTech Awards London celebrate the companies and individuals driving scale, resilience, and innovation across the UK fintech ecosystem. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 18 June 2026 at The Underglobe in London.

Rohini Gupta, CEO and Co-founder of FinregE, said:

“We are delighted to be named a finalist for Regtech Company of the Year at the FinTech Awards London 2026. This recognition means a great deal because it reflects the broader platform and company we have been building over the past eight years: technology that helps firms manage regulatory change, obligations, governance, and evidence in a far more connected and defensible way.

The volume of regulatory change has grown significantly, but the compliance operating model at many firms has barely evolved. Too many teams are still managing critical regulatory processes through fragmented tools and manual workarounds. We built FinregE to change that; to give regulated firms the infrastructure they need to move from regulatory change to accountable action with greater clarity, traceability, and confidence.

I’m incredibly proud of our team, and deeply grateful to our clients, partners, and supporters whose trust and challenge have helped shape FinregE every step of the way.”
